I didn’t like the service at the restaurants and pool. It take too long time or long lines to get a drink or food. I think it’s because the staff is not enough for the number of guests.

I had an amazing time with this resort drinks were AMAZING staff was so attentive. The only thing I will say is the property is super secluded, which is not a problem, but don’t intend on going back-and-forth because the taxis will be pretty expensive. They have affordable excursions available with transportation at the hotel so you can wait to book until you get there. Also, there’s a lot of information that may not be available online but you will have access to when you get. There is so many other amenities and promotions. The food was good for all inclusive. I think people forget that these people are making food for thousands of customers per day so it’s not going to be perfect but I can’t say I disliked anything would definitely be returning

This is absolutely a terrible place. It’s newer-that’s the only plus. They prefer large conferences to regular customers. We were told they don’t have a space for lunch and dinner buffets twice because a large conference occupied it. You could not get a drink at the bar for 3 days for the same reason because they were all there as well. Next we were not allowed to swim because of apparently a crocodile. We were not allowed to open an umbrella because of the wind. The pool was broken as well, so the only option was to stay in the room. Food was mediocre, very poor buffets, service was non existent, I have not seen such rude staff in any all inclusive a I have been. Only few people were good. Drinks were so sweet you could not drink it, felt like antibiotics, overall never again would we stay at this property. And none of the management or employees could care less for any of the concerns and were walking with a smear smile

The overall stay was fantastic. Staff was friendly and speedy. Very clean. Food was excellent. Sunan Grill had several options... from sushi to pad thai to grilled options. All very good. The gym was great. Lots of options to do your own thing or several class options to participate in.

The property still needs to work out some safety kinks. While the overall design and finishes are very high, there are several design flaws regarding safety that need to be remedied, particularly relating to the slippiness of the tiles around the pool and in the pool. The water park was very fun with our toddler but many of the elements seem to be broken or turned off due to most likely safety concerns, notably the big red bucket for which I was reminded daily by my toddler! The quality of the food in the restaurants was most disappointing. We really were unwhelmed at every sit down restaurant except the main buffet for which we didn't have any expectations. The staff were in general very friendly but seems at capacity under pressure and most likely lacked receiving high level of customer service training. The hotel was at peak capacity so I understand it can be challenging to perform to the highest standards under this strain. Used cups and plates outside people's doors was a frequent sight as was glasses and beer cans nearly in the morning around the hotel and pool area. Cleanliness was noticeably noot too the highest standards in these instances.

Beautiful property, beach isn’t the best. Food was amazing, restaurants and the lunches carts make it great! No competition so they overcharge for everything, coconuts are $12 each! The overall experience was great it’s a new construction and beautiful décor throughout.
