Although my trip was hindered by a medical emergency, my stay at the resort was stellar. My room was upgraded to the Riviera resort, and with premium level access. The front desk staff in the premium lobby were courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful during my stay and through my emergency. They even contacted me in my room to ensure I was doing well. They assisted with getting me help onsite, and to a hospital. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The access to the premium lobby food bar was a nice touch, as I didn't always want to eat at the buffet or one of the 4 restaurants. The restaurants were all good, but the stand out was Agave Mexican. Transportation around the different resorts was easy to use as they had shuttles that would come every approx. 20 minutes. The Riviera was especially tranquil and relaxed, given it was adults only, but if you want to have a more lively experience, the other resorts were nice as well.
