I felt for a hotel of this size, the food options was horrible. Plua no rokm seevice which should be offered at all of their hotels. For example , our last night there it was pouring raining and the only way you can get to buffet ia through golf carts.. which Suppose to run every 10 mins(it doesn't).anyway I wentbto get dinner for myself and bring somwthing back to the room cause my son didnt want to walk innthe rain. THE FOOD SERVERS refused TO.LET ME TAKE FOOd BACK to our room. Next thing water presaure in room.was low I just wouldnt recommend.coming here. Its like you have to work to enjoy your vacation

Great customer service, very nice resort, only problem is the check in it seem they under staff, I took 40 minutes just to get attended only had 2 working in the front desk, but rather that food, cleanness, activities, staff is great

This was such an amazing holiday! We met so many awesome people here and we’re always treated so kindly from the staff members. The food was mainly buffet style but tasted pretty good. They have restaurants for reservations as well. The pools are amazing and the drinks never drip flowing. Overall a great resort
