I am 78 with a few health issues so I was worried about the walkability of Grand Sirenis,but it was ok if taken slowly and it's worth it as there is so much to see...the ocean, pools, monkeys, trees etc. Loved the lazy river and the "horseshoe" pool. Food was average and usually cool but service for the most part was great. Most comfortable bed and pillow I've slept on. Went with 13 other family members of all ages and they loved it!

The rooms and buildings are a bit dated. Amenities and the resort are fun. Our kids had a blast. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

This is the first time we have gone to a resort in Mexico that we did not like. The food was very tasteless. I will say the ONLY day we had something good was the night they had “Mexican” themed food. I mean, how can you mess that up. The staff love their YT guests and it was very overt and uncomfortable. We were basically invisible on some days but didn’t care enough to address it. We made the best of everything we could. I would NEVER recommend this property based the terrible food, the staff, and cleanliness. If you don’t have a membership, forget about getting rides on the trolleys lol. Geeez! I mean don’t get me wrong, you get a welcome ride to your room but that was it for us. One night, it was storming and we asked for a ride and the guy said it was for preferred members until his co worker mentioned my 6 month old then he finally agreed. I did like the bed and the room. It was very nice. We look for comfort, food, and good drinks on all inclusive. This was not it.

Overall pretty good resort . Good food , clean resort, and the pools were very nice. The resort was beautiful and felt like a tropical forest somewhere in costa rica ! However i would rate it a 3 star for the following reasons : - 1 star deducted because im certain that a member of staff stole my Ray bans sunglasses at the breakfast buffet. I am certain that i left the glasses on my table, to step out for a 5 minute phone call. When i came back they were gone. The server acted suspicious but wouldn't admit to anything. The manager filed a report and brought security as well , but other than that nothing more was done. I didnt hear back about the situation and didnt get the glasses back. Very disappointing. - 1 star deducted for very poor quality of the beach. It isnt a full on proper beach, but more like an area of sand with a small bay. Also it was flooded with seeweed and couldnt even enter the water on some of the days.

The property was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious! The buffets were TERRIBLE! They need to give a tour of the property and proper explanation of everything available to you upon check in. We had to wait 3 days into our trip to finally get a good meal. Skip the dolphin show, all they care about if getting you to book a dolphin experience. They literally stopped in the middle of the show to have one person go in the water and get pictures with the dolphins, to try and get more people to book. The local zoo puts on better dolphin shows! We had had several staff that was very rude to us. The customer service is very lacking. Mind you we had an amazing trip anyways, it is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms are nice and pools were great. Also warming, if you book at the spa the hydrotherapy pools are not heated

The staff is outstanding and so hospitable, they made our stay fun and relaxing! At first we didn’t receive an acceptable room but they immediately were able to accommodate. There was such a variety of family fun activities. We loved the wildlife and beach!

Nice place to stay more relaxing atmosphere. Large area on the property to explore. Very friendly staff. We really appreciate the hard work all of the staff do day in and day out. It was a bit unfortunate with the seaweed bloom but this affects the entire coast so no fault of the resort. The hard workers were in the water daily manually removing seaweed which was above and beyond what I would expect. Some small areas to snorkel in was nice but tides were a bit rough and you would have to travel outside for more sheltered snorkel areas. Food was decent we actually preferred the buffet over the a la carte. They had various themes and during our stay there was some rotation of food offerings.
