I liked being able to go to a different restraunts each night. The beach area was nice, and able to do some snorkeling. All the food areas had plenty of choices. And plenty of pools if you wanted to take some time away from the ocean. All the staff treated everybody with courtesy and a smile, and would do anything to make your stay the best possible.

The food was truly exceptional. The drinks were good, and the atmosphere was renovated and relaxing. I heavily suggest visiting Grand Serenis if you are a young couple, group of friends, or small sized family. The staff were very attentive and informative, providing us with any and all assistance we required. Whether that was suggestions of good local attractions, restaurant's, and medical assistance as well.

The property was beautiful. The food was excellent in the alacarte restaurants and buffet. The buffet was much better than other similar resorts I have been to. Also the pools and beach had lots of space around them and we always had a great spot without having to wake at the crack of dawn to get chairs and we were there in March. The staff were very helpful and checked in with us often to make sure everything was good. I would go back!

The beach was a tad small and the A/C in the room could have been better, otherwise really great and an excellent value. This is our stay here. As many years ago, the staff is very welcoming and responsive. Marlene and Karen made sure that our stay remain enjoyable from the first day we arrived until we left. I highly recommend this resort.
