We have stayed here several times, first time after covid. They have made several changes that are not user friendly. Lots of people complained. They have dinner reservations online that is not user friendly and system was down alot. Some customer service agents could help and some could not. Our room upgrade took time and we were out of a room for over 5 hours then had 2 technicians come to fix A/C and still was not fixed. They took away several fun activities like bikes, tennis and archery. Food options were reduced. One buffet is under remodeling and closed for over a week. The Japanese restaurant used to be fun and interactive, it no longer has either. Grill used to have several appetizers options that was removed. Privilege restaurant is top of the stairs far away. Privilege pool was over populated, some are not privileged guest.
Staff are friendly! Cleaning service is amazing and the spa was fantastic!
