The service is horrible, whatever we ask they to bring by the pool ,it was taking they 30-40 minutes . They weren't cleaning the room, i hat to call the supervisor 3 times for them to come and clean the room. At the restaurants when you ask for well done they don't care about it, they cook however they want to . I been in Cancun over 10 times, and this time was terrible . I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel

When we booked this property we were really excited about 11 restaurants. We had to buy a bottle of wine to get into one on our last day. Otherwise you eat at the buffet every day. You do have the option of upgrading to Star Preferred for an extra $45 per person per day to get into the other restaurants. Very disappointing.

It was just okay! The property is well branded in the Hollywood theme and it’s cute. The entertainment was good. Lots to do, lots going on during the day and at night. Food was bad. Everywhere. There is a huge issue with dinning that no one talks about. There is a 1-2.5 hour wait to eat at a restaurant every night. Which for us was not okay at all. It ruins your whole experience because it’s annoying. You can either eat at 5:30pm or 9:30pm. Only one restaurant takes reservation. You have to wait in line for 2 hours during the day at 3pm and we were offered a table at 5pm. It’s a joke. Also I’d say considering the property is only a year old, it doesn’t look like it. It looks at least 5-6 years old. Either it’s poorly maintained or they renovated an old building but clearly not well. Service was not great either. They don’t go above and beyond. When you actually need something they either can’t do anything or ignore you. But they do call you every morning at 9am to ask if everything is ok which I thought was funny and a little annoying considering they don’t actually solve any issues you might have. We wouldn’t come back. I think there are better options out there for the price. It’s way too overpriced for what you actually get.
