We specially loved the prime attention that we received from Benito in the beach area, Jorge from the pool area and the lifeguard on duty David they definitely made our trip special. We have been to this resort 7 or 8 times now and it’s by far our favorite place to go. We opt for the 1BR ocean view suite. The resort itself is always clean and well maintained. The bed has always been comfortable for us. The food is good and enough options. One of us drinks, one of us doesn’t and we will typically go off resort at least a couple times for other dining options, so we don’t always do AI, but if you drink, it would probably be worthwhile.

BUT absolutely hate that we were tricked into a timeshare sales thing (thought it was just a 90 minute breakfast to get a promo for excursions). So if you see this, absolute say no to the 90 minute breakfast next door.

Stayed at Villa del Palmar with my family of 5 including 3 teenage boys and had an excellent time. The resort was beautiful, clean and the food was incredible. We stayed in a two-bedroom, ocean view suite that way exceeded our expectations and everyone had plenty of room. The vibe of the resort is total relaxation. It was a little more on the quieter side than some of the other all inclusives. Plenty of water sports and some organized pool/beach activities daily. The service was fantastic and there were always plenty of beach/pool chairs. My family would definitely stay here again.

We just came back from 5 day vacation at Villa Del Palmar. Food was excellent! Davine was our favorite, but all of them had great selections. I traveled with my mom and 2 daughters 12 and 7 and we all gad an amazing time. We got upgraded to a suite free of charge. Expedia also gave me 20% off any spa services so i enjoyed the best massage i’ve ever had! Thank you Kate! Definitely recommend!
