The staff was phenomenal! Extremely attentive to all our needs and requests. Special dinners (that require reservations) were awesome but breakfast buffet was the same every day. Limited menu for an all inclusive even for dinners. pool closed early every day and not much for a bar nightlife at the resort.

When u check in they don't give u any information about the hotel and services. We found out that we have to book for the breakfast, for the Brazilian night, etc. No one told us these. When we went to front desk, they said oh you have to read the paper in the room!! Really, is it too much work for you to tell us how do these restaurants work??? Front desk is not helpful and not friendly in general. Food and drinks are really bad! I had the worst taco and worst ny steak at the beach rest in my life. Service wasn't good at all. Drinks are terrible, just water and sugar. We are not coming back here! Oh we asked for ice to room service, he said it will take 30 minutes, ahaha ! just bucket of ice!!! Just the good part is beach is nice, hotel is very close to town, we had amazing food in the town. Also we liked big balconies at the room.
