"The AC situation was horrible. It was so hot at night had do go to the grocery store and buy a fan. Other than that it was pretty good. The food wasn’t great, most of it was very bland. The drinks however were excellent and the staff was as helpful as one would expect. The room was very clean no complaints except the AC. I’ve stayed at 5 different hotels on Isla Mujeres and this the first one that was really hot at night. I would stay again but not for an extended amount of time “over 5 days”. I’d go back for a weekend trip for sure. The beach and pool were my favorite. The location is perfect I could walk to 90% of the places I’d want to go. Man I hope the AC was just a fluke for my specific room because it was the only big gripe I have. Price is pretty good too idkkkk I’d probably go back. Maybe. Also in the living room was a beautiful ocean view and in the bedroom I had a beautiful view of the cemetery next door lol."
