"Food was excellent. Only real problem was the pool. It closes at 8:00 PM and there isn't a swim up bar. The property doesn't clean the sargassum (seaweed) off their beach. Plus they have a sign that says no swimming in the sea. So, swim at your own risk. Now back to the food. This is an true all inclusive resort. When you eat at any of the restaurants you can order more than one appetizer, entrée and dessert. The buffet was really good as well. I would rate this a sold 9 out of 10. Highly recommend this to anyone o e or any family."

"El hotel está remodelado, la habitación que tuvimos estaba excelente, la limpieza muy buena en todo el hotel. Punto negativo es la poca actividad que tienen de entretenimiento, a pesar que el Team es maravilloso, otro aspecto fue el customers services no fue el mejor! Pagamos para vacacionar y se supone que además de todo lo bueno que puede estar el hotel (que lo está) deben de tener un servicio al cliente fantástico. Si no hubiésemos tenido estos dos aspectos, el hotel para mí fuese 5 star’s"

"Moon Palace was great! Food was really good and the different restaurants at night gave you a chance to enjoy different types of venues. I would suggest staying at the Grand as it was by far the nicest and best lay out. The nightly entertainment was good too! Gave a great nightcap to each night. Pool bar was a plus and well received. Jorge, the one waiter/server by the pool was genuine and made for great conversation. I wish him well. The only drawback I saw was at check in they were trying to get you to buy some timeshare/rooms for future use right when you checked in and when you are leaving. Neither time did it feel enjoyable to be asked to spend more money as you are there to relax and it was an all inclusive. If that wasn't a hassle, it would be a 10/10. If you have younger kids, the Circus is a must. I would say do it early in your trip too as some of the shows have similar effects."
