This is 3rd time staying but unfortunately probably last due to decision by management to have all rooms 24.5 to 23.5 celcius which was very uncomfortable for us and stating unable to help with temperature being any lower."

"This is an older property, but it's maintained to perfection, everything clean and spotless. The staff is amazing, we had the pleasure of being served by Anthonio, Edgar, Armando, Carlos, Angel, Jaime and Fernando. All top people, they remember your name, your favorite drinks, even you favorite table. Giovany was our favorite line chef, always nice and helpful and Lucia always greeted us with a huge smile. Rooms are perfect, nice beds and pillows and fridge full of free stuff. If you like the beach, it is clean and soft with no rocks anywhere. It is super family friendly, so if you want privacy in the pool, this place is not for you. Even thou there is a separate pool for kids, somehow they take over the adult pool. Italian restaurant by far id the best, the Buffet turns into a different restaurant every night and it's quite good and the Mexican place is ok. There is no top shelve alcohol, but plenty of nice booze to keep you happy."

"Very unprofessional staff (I am not going to bore you with my story, but it was family reunion and my birthday, all I say, they ruined it for me). Rooms have roaches. food is awful. Very low quality alcohol. So many construcation sites all over the hotel. Don't spend your money there. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and beach access. "
