"Rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff was wonderful and the food was amongst the best we’ve had at any all inclusive. We never had to fight for chairs by the pool or ocean. All in all it was a wonderful trip!"

"First time staying at the resort. About 3rd visit to Quintana Roo. This place was hands down one of the most cleanest spot we've stayed in. Having a butler throughout the day helped out a lot as well. They were super friendly and awesome. The only cons I have is that the servers and bartenders, looked like they were just there to work and that's it. Which is ok, I'm just used to other areas that they are super friendly, chatty, and tell you were the best spots in town are when leaving the resort. Either way, great spot and will be coming back for sure"

"The room was amazing. Very clean. Our sink was plugged the one day but they came up within 15 minutes and fixed it and apologized multiple times. The concierge called multiple times to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. They even decorated our room for our daughter's birthday. All staff are very very friendly. Food was great . Pools are amazing. Kids club was great for the kids. Shows were unbelievable!!!! Huge shout out to Bernice the concierge. She was fabulous and professional. And it does not matter if your a are privilege or not you get the same treatment. We will be back . The best stay we've ever had. All the staff made us feel like royalty !!!!"
