"Great resort for a nice family vacation. Service was excellent, food was good, space was beautiful, beach was fantastic. Note the hot tub is not included in all-inclusive packages - there is an extra fee to use it. Also, the rooms do not include hair conditioner. Otherwise, no complaints :)"

"Very unprofessional staff (I am not going to bore you with my story, but it was family reunion and my birthday, all I say, they ruined it for me). Rooms have roaches. food is awful. Very low quality alcohol. So many construcation sites all over the hotel. Don't spend your money there. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the pool and beach access. "

Go to the buffet within the first hour or so if it opening, you will have more selection of food. Location is perfect, the beach is stunning and so fun to swim in, we are coming back here!"
