Big shoutout to the hostess Jenifer Rangel — she was always so friendly and made sure everything was great during our stay. The only downside for us was the rule about no kids in the main pool, which we didn’t really like. Other than that, everything was really good."

"We had an excellent stay and couldn’t be more impressed. The resort’s app was incredibly effective for quickly locating open restaurants, bars, and activities—super convenient throughout the day. The Imagine Club was a huge value for our family, giving our kid a fun, safe place to play and socialize while we enjoyed some downtime. Food and drink services everywhere and even on the beach were prompt and delicious, the Mexican-themed day at the theater was a highlight, and 24/7 room service was consistently fast and well-prepared. Concierge services were outstanding, with a cab to town arranged quickly and effortlessly, and airport transportation to and from the hotel was perfectly organized and on point. Most of all, the staff stood out—cleanliness was top-notch, and whenever we needed anything, the team was efficient, friendly, and eager to help. Highly recommended and definitely going back soon."
