"The hotel is older but well maintained, the staff was kind and respectful. Our butlers Otikio and Santiago were amazing catering to our every need. In short the hotel is a hidden jewel. The only issue was contracting wit the travel agency for tours with the I caret group, the guide was rude and disrespectful. I would advise anyone not to use their services."
