"The Club staff was so friendly and accommodating. After realizing it was our wedding anniversary, they set up our room for a romantic evening with scented hot tub, wine, and decorations to make our last night memorable. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed the beaches, pools, and restaurants. Our first night we had the Mexican food and went with some special wine, guacamole prepared to our taste in front of us, and flaming shrimp and flaming dessert. Overall a great experience and well needed vacation! "

"The best costumer service I have ever received in my life has been from Carlos Mota the Rooms Division Manager, from the moment we check in he greeted us with open arms and treated us like if he knew us all his life. He gave us incredible recommendations to the best restaurants, set us up with the best tables and always checked up on us during our whole stay. He's an incredible person and the best staff member of this hotel. I would hands down recommend anyone to go to this hotel."

"Junior suite with ocean view was gorgeous. Unbelievable view of the sunrise every morning. Property is beautiful and very walkable. Natural landscaping with plenty of birds and iguanas to look at. Recommend bug spray for mosquitoes at night during mosquito season. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and add a little bit extra that you might not expect. They love surprises! I have bizarre food allergies that wait staff always asked about before I could bring it up. They would tailor the recipe specifically for me if there may have been a problem. The chefs from each restaurant would speak with me personally about how they would be preparing my meals. I don’t see service like that anywhere else. Ever. We will remember this vacation for a long time. We plan on returning."
