"The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The food was very good at the buffet and the restaurants, especially Bella, the Italian restaurant. The staff was all very nice and helpful especially Aurelio (sp?) at the pool bar, and also Edulardo (sp?) at the beach bar. Aurelio worked so very hard at a crowded bar and was always so prompt and friendly. The drinks were excellent...very well mixed and with very good ingredients. The resort does not have much sandy beach area (not their fault), but other than that this was a really nice resort that we would be happy to visit again."

One of our favorite parts of the entire experience was the beach club. It is absolutely beautiful chic, laid-back, and perfectly maintained. The service here was exceptional, and Pote truly made our days unforgettable. He took such incredible care of us every single day attentive, kind, warm, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was drinks, seating, or just making us feel welcome, Pote consistently went above and beyond. The beach club felt like our second home during the stay, and we looked forward to being there daily. The buffet also deserves special recognition.
