Cristalino Lagoon Front Hotel Restaurant & SPA
Staff was awesome, from checkin/concierge to restaurant/bar to kayak service. Very quiet. Gardens and grounds were lovely. Setting beautiful. Room very comfortable.

great location. step away to lagoon. I would like to mention that with Aakal Lagoon front to ride pontoon or kayak it is on your door step. no need to pay extra beach club for this activities

Mayanah Condohotel Bacalar
The property is the same as in the photos, but when it was new. It needs maintenance inside, in the rooms and bathroom. It is located very close to a main street, so you can hear all the noise from cars, people passing by, and during shift changes, you can hear the good atmosphere that the staff ...
