"This resort checked all the boxes - beautiful ocean view and huge rooms stocked with amenities. Made my vacation (a 50th birthday trip with 7 friends from multiple locations) amazing. The food was resort food (fine, not exceptional except for the Mexican restaurant, where we went for food) but that's normal (having stayed at 5 resorts in the Caribbean, this is totally the way it is), and you get a lot of value for the money. "

"They had so many staff working in all areas of the resort to provide cleanliness, grounds maintenance, entertainment for adults and kids, service at restaurants and bars. It was a great location, lots to do, tons of activities for kids, especially in the Family Selection area. The pools were great. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. The beach was great, however, as the winds increased over our stay the seaweed started coming in. Again they had staff working hard to clear it, but it was getting unmanageable. I don’t think they could do more than they already were in dealing with that. Overall it was a great experience! Food was great! "

"The room was not good. I upgraded to a priority swim out and the lock on the conjoined room was broken the screen on the sliding door was ripped the safe was broken. And the worst part was no bar service for the swim out and the closest bar was at the other end of the property so having the swim out room was not worth it if you're planning on drinking. The food was not that good and the only thing the minny bar had was soda and water. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend. For this being a Hyatt property for me it was disappointing as I have always had better from their property's and paying to be a priority member I was disappointed as I just did not get that. "
