"This property had everything we needed. Internet was good, the staff was kind, courteous and responsive. Rooms were cleaned on a regular basis. The location was central with easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants and obtaining access to parks. It had great security if there are concerns. The pool was lovely. A nice way to unwind at the end of the day or simply relax during stays on the property. Louis was available and very helpful with every aspect of our stay. Thank you Louis. See you next time!!"

"Room was clean but the bed mattress was very firm with no give to it. Nice roof top had 4 small pools,nice place to see the skyline and get some breeze. Pool downstairs nice to sit around in the evening for a drink."

We had booked a suite but they were sold out and we were given a conncting room egual to a suite. that was good but still strange because it is a big hotel and only 15-20 rooms were occupied. To bad it was so empty and that's why we felt a bit lost."

"This little boutique hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted warmly by the staff and walking into the courtyard was calming and quiet. The pool is lovely, as were both the cafe style seating area and the comfy visiting area. Great value. "

"I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. "
