We stayed at Mestizo for 11 nights. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of all the staff working there, always willing to go the extra mile for us. Good cleaning service, felt really safe, great area if you are not looking for a hotel right on the beach , but close to the city center also. They provide bikes to take you around town and they proved to be very useful for the beach trips even though we had to stop and learn how to fix the chain every now and then hahaha it added...

Exactly as in photos. A new hotel, so everything is very clean and nice. The location is perfect, 3 min walk to all restaurants and shops yet very quiet inside the room. There is a gas station, GoMart and SuperAki about 100m from the hotel. Very safe area. Pool and sunbeads were never crowded. Room and hotel itself is really nicely designed, we loved the decoration, plants, furniture... The bed is the best hotel bed we have had ever! Very comfy. There is an air con in the room which is a big...

Really nicely designed hotel and room. Would definitely stay here again and good value for our trip. Free bikes so you can explore beach and town. Breakfast included is cooked to order. Can be a bit different each day e.g. help yourself to coffee / order through wait staff which at times was a bit slow despite many people not being there. This hasn't affected my overall rating at all but there isn't a wardrobe which is a bit annoying for slightly longer stays to hang clothes up. You need to...

Don't be put off by the side street it is in, a slice of 'real' Mexico. The hotel is a great little place to unwind at the end of the day and an easy walk to the down town bars and restaurants. If you didn't like the Hotel strip at Cancun and central Playa, you probably will like Tulum......but a car is useful if you want to get about. The hotel is very clean and feels newer than it is. The only thing it lacks is breakfast but the generous coffee tea and cake supplies made up for this. We...

This new hotel is fantastic and is a beautiful place to be based for exploring all Tulum has to offer. We were greeted by a member of staff than guided us onto the off street parking and took our bags up to the room. The pool is a lovely place to hang out and the pictures don’t do it justice. The reception staff were incredibly attentive throughout our entire stay. Big shout out to Calixto who was a fantastic host and combines both professionalism and personality. I would thoroughly recommend...
