One of the highlights of our stay was the snorkeling. It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay special. From housekeeping and turndown service to the concierge team and Preferred Club servers, everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring.
