Hotel, staff, and food were amazing! The hotel has the most attentive staff, and the restaurants have a true culinary experience. The only downside was the sargassum, which they worked to clean up every day. Great experience!!

This is an exceptional hotel and location both in the middle of a luxurious jungle with animals (coatis, raccoons, iguanas etc…) and by the sea. The room was well equipped and maintained with a small pool to linger at the end of the day. The hotel has many very large pools and many qualitative options to eat (Mediterranean, Mexican, Thai, Japanese). The staff is extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to return !

We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.
