"Upon arrival the kitchen was lacking utensils but that was quickly taken care of. Food was very good, service was friendly, pool was perfect. Could use more umbrellas. The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, linens fluffy and white. The grounds were well kept."

"The property is very nice. The room was nice, as seen on the pictures. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. It is walking distance from downtown, and from major supermarkets. Not that close to the beach, but you can take a "colectivo" (little bus) which is only around $US3 Don't take taxi its a steal. The hotel's breakfast bar is very basic. "

"We loved Hotel Alito for its access to the ocean. The little huts we stayed were so cute.the nearby restaurant was excellent and the ceviche was the Best i had the whole week i was in Mexico. Daniel and Rudolpho at the front desk were amazing.helping us with a smile and treating us like queens. I hope I have the chance to come back to Tulum and Hotel Alito will be my first choice "

"Room needed renovation on basics. Windows didn’t stay closed. They even had to work in the roof one of the days. Also the cooler situation to be eco friendly, while still using so much plastic (straws, wrapped in plastic too) Felt a bit of a scam. I checked out earlier "

"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is limited as the hotel is in the national park. "

"Glamping is fun, however my tent was moldy and smelled bad. As an older, experienced traveler, I prefer to have a bathroom in where I am staying. The restrooms weren’t far away, but a smell of sewage was noticeable. I wound up leaving early, giving up 4 nights of my stay, and after repeated attempts I never received a refund. The staff was very nice and did try to help, but most of the tents need work. If you don’t mind “roughing it” then this place would work for you! It is in the National Park, and you can hear the ocean at night from in your tent which is very peaceful. The property is very nice. The yoga classes were amazing. "
