1) The room key was not working for us for the entire stay and we had to wait 20-25 mins every time we had to unlock the door with the assistance from the concierge. 2) Room service - The room was not replenished for snacks and soft drinks in spite of multiple requests. Room service did not clean the room during our stay ( 1 of the rooms as we had booked 2 rooms). 3) They have a marketing program which tries to sell travel club membership to unsuspecting guests. They request for one hour of your time but they end up using 3 hrs of your time and try to pressurize in to buying their product. 4) The property is a controlled environment especially if you want to eat outside the property. You will need to travel atleast 20 miles to be able to get food.

The place was very beautiful, my personal issue was the room the room felt very humid and as if it’s full of mold and it smell moldy. Room was somewhat clean took forever for the cart to arrive and most of the time it never came.
