"Brilliant and beautiful hotel. We were upgraded by the hotel to a sea view and the room was brilliant. We used the hot tub in the room a few times. The hotel had loads of activities and different restaurants that we checked out. Staff were amazing all around. Super helpful and accommodating. "

"There is a lot to do at this resort, other than spending time at the beach or the pool. However, we enjoyed the beach the most. We liked the warm wind and sound of the surf. There are lots of cabanas for shade. The chairs are not lined up like other resorts. All the staff are very kind. Ali at concierge was very professional and kind. Our room was very nice. We liked the garden view. The covered walk ways were pleasant. We played pickleball every morning. Our grandkids never had a dull moment. "

"Lobby was beautiful and smelled so good! Property lush and full of palm trees and flowers and well maintained. Room was clean and ocean view was amazing. Beach on Palms side gorgeous and nice for snorkeling. Shows at night fun and well organized (loved fire show!) Beach BBQ and Arrifces delicious…highly recommended. Didn’t like the food at Mia Casa nor La Caretta….skip those. Staff was amazing!! All of them! Housekeeping and room service both great. Pools clean and fun and plenty of seating options!"

"Resort was nice, the upgraded elite club package was a complete waste of money, all it got you was a pool with no pool chairs or shallow parts and a restaurant that had the same menu as their steakhouse pretty much. Resort had a major red ant problem. Definitely not worth the money."
