"The staff were all amazing, shout out to our butlers Fernanda, Katherine and Louis. Great food options all around, fun activities for each day of the stay. The swimming pools are very clean and wide without being too deep to give you concerns regarding kids safety. We only have wonderful things to say about our stay."

"We enjoyed our stay a lot there. The grounds are very well kept and the staff was very helpful. Part of our group participated in morning pilates and pool activities. The resort was under 50% capacity and there was plenty of space by the pool and on the beach. It was hatching season, lots of tracks from the turtles just outside the hotel. It was also sargazo season so it wasn't that good, not as bad as other places in the area, we could get in the water a couple of times. Janet was our host, very helpful, we had an incident with the a/c in our room, we moved to another close by and she arrange for a day cabin and lobster for our little trouble. She also arrange for dinner at all the restaurant, the food was great, French and Asian were outstanding, if you go to the Italian one, weather permitting, seat outside; we were lucky to get there when Chef Palomo was serving a special dinner at the Mexican restaurant, he came to our table and explained the history and cooking method for every dish, his menu could've been easily over $100 per person at any other place. We'd love to get back after the sargazo season to enjoy the beach more and one suggestion, a lounge or maybe turn one of the restaurants into a night club at night with drinks and music."

"We had such a great vacation at this resort! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained daily. The staff was always attentive and friendly, helping with every and any inquiry or request we had. Servers at the many restaurants and buffets were absolutely lovely! Kind, enthusiastic, playful and ready to joke and laugh! There were only small issues I would say. The sargassum, that even the staff said was a lot this year and they were always trying to clean it up, made it hard to enjoy the beach. The many pools made up for that though. But one thing I would point out is that the pool water was a bit warm for our liking. In the midst of a hot day it would be nice to climb into cooler water, but it was all still very enjoyable. The bartender at the swim up bar we visited looked like he was swarmed with people and could have used an extra person there or two, but it could have just been at that moment. He still handled it really well and a great attitude. With how hot it was that day especially, he did great!! None of this took away from our trip experience however and our whole group loved every moment!! We’re so greatful to everyone at the resort for the attention and service!!"

"We enjoyed our stay 4/5. There were some amenities and services that were advertised that we would have during our stay that we did not receive but overall it was an enjoyable stay. While we did go during low occupancy there were a few dining options but it left us slightly desiring more. while there was ample options in terms of food choice, authentic latin food was not among them. I felt like whole burgers, pizza and pasta are nice I expected to enjoy REAL authentic latin food I would not get back home in the US. We had a concierge who was very nice but once we turned down the presentation option to "buy in" we didn't hear from them. We did not have a butler, aroma therapy for our room nor the pillow menu upon arrival. Trivial things that were not a deal breaker but a little disappointing . All in all a good stay but I can't say it would be our first choice in and all-inclusive resort vacation."
