Place was easy to find, huge toad bumps in the way and lots of pot holes. We requested towel change during our stay and never received any( room was equipped with 4), We also requested more shampoo and also did not receive any.(although i did request the night before our stay). If you have a problem with bugs, this is definitely not where you want to stay. Big spiders and centipedes made it inside the pod. We were already used to this, as we tend to stay in cabins/cottages. Room was super clean and smelled great upon our arrival. AC was great and keep the room cold. We got a jacuzzi and requested it be prepped ahead of time as requested but we never saw it was ready besides the first night. It also had a error reading which was due to a filter clogged per google. Entrance was controlled by a password and parking was right infront of the door or near it. Very quiet and private.

Great glamping in the jungle

Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy.

La habitación bien, cómoda. Con aire acondicionado. En las noches es un poco tenebroso y no hay personal. No pasó nada y quizás lo sentimos así por que ramos los únicos en la propiedad. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés si llevas auto.

Algo no tan bien, la chica que nos recibió al principio si muy atenta y todo. Después no estaba en recepción la buscamos por una emergencia que nos pasó y no apareció hasta el día siguiente. (No hubo quien nos atendiera) La alberca poco agradable (sucia) llena de hojas y nada antojable. No venden nada cerca para comer Del 1 al 10….esta 3

Nos agradó que hicieron mejora a la habitacion ya que la de nosotros no estaba lista. Nos dieron una con jacuzzi pero falto un poco mas de limpieza en el agua del jacuzzi ya que hacía cierta espuma sucia.
