We had a bump at the start with elevator issues, but the hotel manager completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and celebrated — personally checking in on us at the pool, at restaurants and shows, and throughout the resort. His kindness and attention made a lasting impression. Other than a few mosquitoes and tropical critters, the rest of our stay was relaxing, romantic, and filled with great service.
