"Concierge asked us if we wanted to upgrade our room to an ocean view but we Love staying on the first floorm very easy to get to everything this way. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it here. Pool is great. There is a small beach you can go too (not much there but still nice with a bar and beach chairs) The staff is amazing. Miguel is our faborite bartender and Gustavo was amazing at making out check out experience and quick and easy process. The rest of the staff, waiters, hostesses, maid, concierge, etc are always fabulous and willing to help you with a smile. Would absolutely recommend. Also we love how close it is to 5th avenue!!!!!"

"Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We traveled as a group of 11—adults and kids—and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the trip special with their attentiveness and kindness. A huge shout out to Carlos and Aldo from the Travel Club, who were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and to Ali Garduno from Concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed. "Brilliant and beautiful hotel. We were upgraded by the hotel to a sea view and the room was brilliant. We used the hot tub in the room a few times. The hotel had loads of activities and different restaurants that we checked out. Staff were amazing all around. Super helpful and accommodating. "

"Lobby was beautiful and smelled so good! Property lush and full of palm trees and flowers and well maintained. Room was clean and ocean view was amazing. Beach on Palms side gorgeous and nice for snorkeling. Shows at night fun and well organized (loved fire show!) Beach BBQ and Arrifces delicious…highly recommended. Didn’t like the food at Mia Casa nor La Caretta….skip those. Staff was amazing!! All of them! Housekeeping and room service both great. Pools clean and fun and plenty of seating options!"

"Resort was nice, the upgraded elite club package was a complete waste of money, all it got you was a pool with no pool chairs or shallow parts and a restaurant that had the same menu as their steakhouse pretty much. Resort had a major red ant problem. Definitely not worth the money."

"Beautiful location and a wonderful resort, but what truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Daniela and the entire team at the tequila tasting were fantastic—they made the experience both fun and informative. Another highlight was Islas, who picked us up from the TRS lobby in a golf cart. He gave us a mini tour of the resort, pointing out notable locations along the way and even took some wonderful photos of us. What could have been a simple ride back to our villa turned into a truly memorable experience. We also had a couples massage at the spa with Viviana and Beatriz, and they were amazing. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and they were both so warm and hospitable while giving excellent massages. Lastly, our butlers, Jesus and George, were always helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay."
