"We had an excellent 10-day stay at TRS Yucatán in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the resort, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had the best experience possible. A special mention has to go to our butler, Moses. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism really made our holiday extra special. We truly had a fantastic time and would highly recommend TRS Yucatán to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We would definitely love to return."

"The ocean was visible and the pool. Many options go dining. There were nightly shows and activities put on by the hotel. The pools were great! We enjoyed our trip very much!! "

"Rooms were clean but dated, drinks were watered down, food choices were limited and quality was quite poor. A la carte's were fully booked and could not secure a reservation. Front desk staff were no help. No direct access to the beach only by shuttle and the quality of the beach was bad. Short shoreline, sea weed everywhere with little to no maintenance, waves were rough in this area."

"The property overall was very good. The staff was friendly and I liked that you could go to other RIU hotels in the area and eat and drink and it was still all inclusive. The food was pretty good, most restaurants are buffet style. The rooms were a little dated but I liked daily room service. Nice place I would definitely go back again!"

"Concierge asked us if we wanted to upgrade our room to an ocean view but we Love staying on the first floorm very easy to get to everything this way. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it here. Pool is great. There is a small beach you can go too (not much there but still nice with a bar and beach chairs) The staff is amazing. Miguel is our faborite bartender and Gustavo was amazing at making out check out experience and quick and easy process. The rest of the staff, waiters, hostesses, maid, concierge, etc are always fabulous and willing to help you with a smile. Would absolutely recommend. Also we love how close it is to 5th avenue!!!!!"

"Our family just returned from an incredible stay at this all-inclusive resort in Mexico, and it was easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had. We traveled as a group of 11—adults and kids—and everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The staff truly made the trip special with their attentiveness and kindness. "Lobby was beautiful and smelled so good! Property lush and full of palm trees and flowers and well maintained. Room was clean and ocean view was amazing. Beach on Palms side gorgeous and nice for snorkeling. Shows at night fun and well organized (loved fire show!) Beach BBQ and Arrifces delicious…highly recommended. Didn’t like the food at Mia Casa nor La Caretta….skip those. Staff was amazing!! All of them! Housekeeping and room service both great. Pools clean and fun and plenty of seating options!"
