The property was convenient to where we want to go. Driving was easy as most places were off the same highway. Would recommend if you are traveling to the Riviera Maya area! "

The resort is gorgeous, the food was consistently delicious, and our upgraded oceanfront room gave us front-row seats to the full moon shimmering over the ocean — pure magic. We had a bump at the start with elevator issues, but the hotel manager completely turned things around. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and celebrated — personally checking in on us at the pool, at restaurants and shows, and throughout the resort. His kindness and attention made a lasting impression. Other than a few mosquitoes and tropical critters, the rest of our stay was relaxing, romantic, and filled with great service. We’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful adults-only getaway!"
