"Loved my experience here. Very clean, nice, and helpful staff. Accidentally left my purse of all my cash out in our room and it was left untouched while they still cleaned our rooms. A downside in my opinion was the English music playing at the resort. NEED ME SOME REGGAETON while I’m in Cancun hehe. We ended up eating outside and around the resort. Food was much tastier and good amount on the plate."

"I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire trip. They really made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The food was good overall. Unfortunately, Spice wasn’t available during our stay, and I was really looking forward to trying it, but there were still plenty of other good options. I definitely recommend Dolma for dinner and Pelican for lunch and breakfast! The pool was really nice and a great place to relax. The beach did have quite a bit of seaweed, but that’s to be expected during August, so it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! 10/10 💕🌊"
