Paamul Trip

This property is very large with the potential of lots of people as was the case last week. Apparently Easter week is Passover so there was a party of about 1500 Jewish families there for over a week to celebrate they booked an entire section of the resort and restaurants were not available to us and they were loud late and rude Do not go here during that time of year my understanding is that they have a contract for a few more years

Everything was great the food (except Buffett) restaurant were a little difficult to make reservations but we managed to get reservations . For the price I would stay again

Visited for the first time with family, everything was great, staff was friendly and responded well to our requests. Would recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico. All amenities were under one roof, helped a lot.

I had an excellent stay at Haven Riviera Cancun. The amenities were outstanding, and everything felt well thought out and high quality. The staff was amazing—genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable. The food was fantastic with plenty of great options, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and have fun at the same time. It was truly a memorable trip, and I will definitely be coming back.

Such an amazing resort. Great staff, amazing facilities from the pools to flow rider, sailing and games room. Brilliant activities on offer and great food throughout all the restaurants. Would highly recommend stayind here for any age group
