The staff in family selection areas were extremely friendly. The cleanliness was great. And the variety of activities to do from day to day was amazing. Would definitely return! Recommend the tapanyaki restaurant as well as the nest for breakfast!

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club - Adults Only - All Inclusive
Service is always great. 4th time here and this time pools were cold and swim up very cold which I paid for. Was always heated before and a reason I returned. That was disappointing.

Otonomus Tulum
Hotel was nice and staff were awesome. Hotel is a little remote not much around it so you have to drive or taxi. The road to the beach is a little sketchy to walk with no shoulder. But overall it’s a nice hotel. Will be nice when they finish the gym and have a few amenities. Staying at other hotels ...
