As I start the review, I want to mention the people there are fantastic! Kudos to the recruiting team and the trainers! I just hope the organization retains such talent. Secondly, take tip money and tip early for a even better experience. - Credits provided by Membership presentation A quick call out, they don't tell you if you pre-book any add on events, the credits is $500. However, if you wait and go through the presentation you can request $1500 credits. Restaurants- Breakfast at Terraza order the truffle eggs and hash brown. Lunch at the beach or pool order nachos or at Terraza order fried fish Dinner order multiple courses, try everything on the menu.

The standard of food in the restaurants was excellent. The staff were fantastic, particularly our butler, Gustavo, who went out of his way to get us dinner reservations. Lucinda and Laura are simply fabulous. Also, special mention to Luis in the lobby bar and David and Magda in Le Blanc. Our biggest disappointment was the change since our last visit in 2017. The hotel is clearly now set up for 'members' and, despite us paying $12,000 for our stay, we could not find sunbeds during the first few days and dinner reservations were clearly a challenge for our butler. It feels like the members are treated as a real priority. In order to obtain resort credit, we had to go through the 'sales talk' for two hours. On our previous 3 visits to Le Blanc, we automatically had resort credit. Overall, we did have a lovely holiday, but these changes were disappointing.

A wonderful hotel to stay at with extremely friendly staff who could not do enough for us. The hotel thought of everything, and there were so many little touches which made this such a special experience. The food was exceptional! Highly recommended!

This is our second visit to Le Blanc Spa & Resort, Cancun. Upon arrival we found out our room was not ready. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm and it was already 4:30pm. There is a huge inconvenience with restaurant reservations that are required. The last thing you want to worry about on vacation at an all inclusive resort is where and when you’re going to eat. The whole day that is supposed to be relaxing turned into planning the whole day around dinner reservations. Come to find out not one restaurant was full or very busy at any time so it did not seem necessary to make a reservation. The room had bugs on the headboard. The new security gate from the beach to the resort is understandable but did not work half of the time and you would waste so much time trying to get the gate to open. The spa “four hands massage” is unfortunately overpriced for what you get for service. Aside from all of the resort issues and inconveniences, the butlers go above and beyond to aide in reservations but we did not feel that should be something anyone should be wasting time on. We would like to name drop some of the great service we had from the employees on the beach and our butlers but I do not want to associate their names with this poor review because those individuals deserve a good review for their hospitality. The spa is very clean and nice quality hydrotherapy, just overpriced. Unfortunately we will not be returning to Le Blanc again.
