"The bath tub is too old and I saw the painting stuff dirty in the bathroom, so the bath tub can not be used for children. The room is not clean otherwise it is ok."

"Staffs were nice, and hotel was clean enough. We had given many options for food. Unfortunately, we had a difficult night due to SECURITY BREACH. One of the guy attacked me, I injured by the guy, called to desk for the security. No one showed up. We went down to the desk to see what’s happening and saw the guy was arrested by the police. We canceled the trip and bought a last minute flight tickets. We asked for the full refund, staff didn’t help us."

"Great location, but maintenance needs serious work Location is the best thing about Hotel Cyan. It sits right on the beach with a nice pool area, and the views are beautiful. You're basically steps from the ocean, which makes up for a lot. That said, the maintenance state leaves a lot to be desired. The toilets in the room don't work properly, the room smells musty/moldy, and the sliding door doesn't close well so it feels insecure. There aren't enough power outlets to charge your phone and other devices. Also, you can hear a lot of outside noise coming into the room, so it's not very peaceful if you want to sleep. If they fix the basic upkeep and soundproofing, this could be a great spot because the beach + pool setup is really nice. Right now though, the issues make it hard to recommend unless you're only there for the location and don't mind the flaws."
