Food was excellent, I didn’t get to try the French or Indie restaurants, lifeguard at the pool was rude did not get his name but he was an ass. Music is the same everyday at the pools since 8am please change it it’s outdated

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but honestly, my group had fun because of US and the energy we brought, not because the resort provided enough entertainment. The Bash Tower room was nothing special, and I could have just kept the Trendy room. For a resort with this type of reputation, there definitely needs to be more entertainment and activities to keep the energy going.
Also, be aware there is a $400 security deposit PER ROOM, which I found ridiculous. I’ve stayed at resorts in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica and never had to pay a security deposit like that. You aren’t just a basic hotel—you’re a resort, so act accordingly.
The food was great, and that was definitely one of the highlights. Overall, we made the best of our trip and had a great time together, but as far as the resort itself goes, I’m not sure I would come back.

On the pros: Room was clean, staff all round was super kind and happy to help us. Food was very flavourful and generous. Pool and amenities were great as well. Loved that we could choose between a more relaxed pool and a more active one. On the cons: We were surprised to find out that the buffet was closed in the evening, leaving us with the evening restaurants which we had to reserve in advance. Those we not all open every evening. We were also surprised that we were not informed about dress codes in specific restaurants. Overall there were little setbacks, but great experience.
