What I loved about this property, was how everyone was so quick to help you out and make sure you were taken care of. Room service was great, made sure our room was very clean during our stay. We also enjoyed all of the food options we had. We stayed for about 5 days and only have good things to say we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back to secrets

I came to this property hearing nothing but great things. As I’ve experienced it myself I have to disagree. I came with a group of 11 to celebrate my 30th birthday and because I had a large group SOME of the staff targeted us the entirety of my trip and made it uncomfortable. We were not obscenely loud however as many of us as we are I cannot say we’re the most quiet. We were denied drinks “because we ordered too many”. Excuse me, I thought this was “all inclusive”. Once again we were targeted for being a larger group. As I’ve said not the whole staff but quite a few made it a point that they did not enjoy our company and I did not like that. As for the rest of the staff that went over and beyond for my birthday I want to say thank you. I have to say this experience has made me not want to do another Secrets property.

I have stayed at Secrets properties multiple times, among other properties in Mexico. This site was the worst quality so far. Understanding its still paradise and beautiful and I wouldn’t say anything was bad, except for some of the service. But for your money you can do considerably better. The wait and bar service were generally poor with a few exceptions. The housekeeping was as bad as I’ve ever seen anywhere. Including refolding and placing dirty towels back on the shelf as though they’d been replaced. No bottled water was provided in our room for 3 days. We were given to understand that this resort would be closed for renovation later this year. It needs it. There were a few bright spots staff wise so the service I’ve come to expect from these resorts showed up in those folks. Overall, we probably won’t return to Hyatt properties. There are better options available for the same or similar price point.

Overall resort was ok first room we were put in had dirty panties behind nightstand, nowhere to plug phones in near bed so pulled out night stand to find dirty panties. 2nd room we moved to ac stopped working and flooded the entry hallway no big deal stuff happens however the staff made it sound as if it was our fault saying this room was inspected very well are we sure the bathroom was not flooding as we see it leaking from ac vent. After that the stay was ok poolside service seemed to lack service as if they were understaffed, to me it seems they are taking the money in and not putting any back into the resort because remodeling is coming soon. I will give the resort another shot after remodeling as there were things we enjoyed but would not stay until updates were made.

We had a flood in a our room and the staff were no helpful. It took them more than 5 hours to come help. They didn't even offer to move us to another room. They were very dismissive. Horrible service

The resort is amazing, service is great, quiet and fun at the same time. Lot to do, great dining and snack places. It is a great place to stay. All secrets resorts are amazing.

This property was amazing! The staff were wonderful and accommodating. They constantly checked on us, offered services, and provided clean linen. They hibachi restaurant was amazing!! The staff brought over a cute little birthday dessert on our first night. The property is clean and quiet and is safe. The only way to get on the property is if you have a name and room number. The check in process was smooth and efficient. I will forever chose Secrets!!

I have stayed next door at dreams before so I knew it was going to be a good experience. The only thing I didn’t care for was how separate the property was. You had to take a golf cart in order to go half the places on the property and if it was dinner time or other activities where going on the lines could be long to get on the golf cart. I just wish everything was all together like it was at Dreams. Other than that it was a great experience and place to stay.
