The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. "I came here with my husband, in-laws, and two daughters ages 2 and 5 months. The service was great. They offered to make purées for my 5 month old. Cleaned up quickly after my 2 year old. Maria at the juice bar in the morning was my favorite part. She will make any juice you request. She also makes her own that are delicious. The themed nights were fun as well. I loved coming back to a clean room. Service was quick all around. "

"They up keep of the property and the fact that I knew my family was safe while we stayed there. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the sliding glass door doesn’t close period it has a lock but the latch is broken "
