"Overall it’s a beautiful property. The staff are very friendly and professional. The pools are beautiful. The restaurants are great with well designed interiors. One thing I will say is that the tiles in the rooms can get kinda slippery with some water and my wife slid a few times. Not sure there’s much they can do about that now though. Still looking forward to coming back in the future"

"At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!"

"The corner room on the top floor was amazing ! Two huge windows with incredible views. Everything about the hotel and staff were fantastic. Beautiful decor and great food. Weather was tough but other than that, we loved everything. Noi was great for breakfast a dinner and both pools had great lunch/drinks. "

"The staff was so courteous and helpful. Wilburt, Alphonso, Manual, everyone we encountered. We were a group of 22 with 6 children. They loved it. It never felt crowded, it was very relaxing. Food was good too. Would like to see a few more options on room service menu. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again. "

"1. The bathroom floor looked watet stained and wasn't mopped. 2. The drinking glasses were left dirty and never washed..lipstick stained. Otherwise we were very pleased with the room."

"The resort was amazing! Service was exceptional and so was the cleanliness. Restaurants were all very welcoming and the food was outstanding. The resort could use some day and night life. Nothing to do past 10pm "
