Punta Sam Trip

The room was clean, and the private beach and pool were very convenient. The ocean-side view was beautiful. However, the bathroom locker and sliding cabinet door were broken and difficult to use, and the shower water pressure was quite low.

The main pool and beach areas were very crowded and people would leave their towels all day eve when they weren’t at the pool. I liked the water park area for the kids. There’s some fine tuning needed especially with the elevators. Th food is pretty good.

New Hotel well maintained, Service was so-so , they seemed to be overwhelmed. Stayed for NYE. Staff was friendly. The tipping seemed to be excessive for a all inclusive. Food concepts was really good but the execution was average. Good Property but they have to work on the details and improve the overall experience. For the right price it could be a good value.

Rooms were immaculate! Plenty of shade on the beach & pool area. There were no activities on the resort in the evening. Your only option is just dinner. Unfortunately, waiting until you come to make dinner reservations will leave you eating at 9 pm.

During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.
