This hotel was amazing. The staff was very accommodating. My Spanish was minimal and they didn’t assume I spoke it or understood it; they asked before speaking to me. Very beautiful place to spend your vacation!!!

Very impressed with property. Staff was great and very informative, helpful and nice. Really believe Diamond member is a Scam. Just to pay 75$ extra A DAY, to "make dinner reservations" was basically a slap in the face as to " im better than you". If you weren't a "diamond member" you were waiting over 2 hrs to eat dinner, at ANY time you get there, early, late it didn't matter. We kept getting pushed back EVEN if a "Diamond member" DIDNT have a reservation they still went before us. It wasn't fair and not a appropriate amenity.
