Overall had a great exp. staying here. Close to the beach, bars, swimming pools, swim-ups, activities... Lots of options for food but the food quality did disappoint me. Best would be to stick with buffet options then trying the food at the restaurants. The ambiance of all the restaurants was amazing.

Large property, Lots of food options. Disappointed that there was no coffee bar and water in the rooms. The app didn't work and couldn't be installed on one of our phones. Ordering room service was not that easy.

Property was beautiful. We booked it for our honeymoon and we’re a little hesitant. However, we felt safe. Dining options were decent. You have to make a reservation for all restaurants except buffet. Buffet serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Mexican restaurant was decent but not a lot of options, much less authentic Mexican food. It serves seafood for lunch and Mexican for dinner, FYI. Italian was also good but also slim options and you’ll probably be unfamiliar with what you’re ordering. It was very hot in there, but they also had a musician playing live music. The koi restaurant serves oriental, Asian some nights but does hibachi on others. We booked the hibachi and it was the best meal there. They give you a combo of shrimp, steak and chicken with fried rice, vegetables and sushi. We also booked the Prime Rib which was not inclusive but because of that, we had the restaurant to ourselves and it was super romantic. It costs roughly $45 per person USD per plate. For snacks, they have the pizza house which was good and a hamburger/hotdog/nacho joint which was less desirable. At night, the hamburger joint switches over to Mexican snacks. We tried to go at 10:30 one night just to try them but they told us they were closed, even though all documents say they close at 11pm. All alcoholic drinks are included. Our biggest complaint is that our room had two small beds FOR OUR HONEYMOON and practically no AC. So we sweated in two different beds every night - not an idea of honeymoon

The service was good, the staff was semi friendly but did not add anything to the trip. The food at the buffet was not good, the food at the restaurants was just okay. The italian restaurant was the best for dinner but the reservations were limited. The snack bar and pizza hut were the best options for food. I wasn’t allowed to make reservations until checked into the resort, this didn’t allow for early diners. The rooms were okay, the bed was a hard, and walls were thin.
