We just came back from a week at the Royal Sands! Beautiful resort and the employees are so friendly. Orlando on the beach was our server and he was absolutely fantastic. What we didn’t like was was having to give our room key for everything we wanted. So annoying. What was the reason for that when we are wearing an all inclusive bracelet? Also the bar was so small we couldn’t get in. They really need to get more entertainment in the evening.

The facility was phenomenal, the our concierge Marvin was extremely helpful in helping us book activities and make reservations for dinner. We got a room upgrade thanks to my Expedia status and it was so spacious and nice. Everything was extremely well kept and clean, our house maid Audy was so sweet and always made sure we had enough towels and toiletries. The food included in our inclusive package was so delicious and so were the drinks. We were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely be coming back this year.

My first visit to Mexico. I loved this resort and the staff. The only thing I did not like, is the hotel charged too much for a bus to the airport. Most resorts have their own bus for pick up and return. We went outside and spoke to a staff member, who got us a much cheaper ride with the taxis parked in the forecourt of the hotel. The taxi ride was on time and got us to the airport fast. Other than that, it was a great holiday and I intend to return, THANK YOU!

Fantastic food, beautiful rooms, views, and pools. Lots of upcharges for drinks and service times were pretty limited. Convenience store in hotel was nice.
