Don’t let the beautiful blue ocean pictures fool you for this hotel. You cannot swim in the ocean front due to so much sargassum on the beach. We paid so much money to come to this property to be disappointed by the stench and ocean front this property has. It’s a shame no one mentions this on any of the reviews. Everyone we spoke to expressed the same concern we did as well. Our room was nice until we tried to use the hot tub and it did not work. After several times of calling we finally decided to switch to a swim out room. Only to be placed right next to the construction site area. We paid even more to have to travel to another beach that was swimmable. Please don’t forget your sunscreen because the store they have on site for shopping charged us $33 USD for it. Very overpriced. The staff was nice but overall had we known about the beach we would of stayed elsewhere. Get use to taking the stairs, more than half the time the elevators near our room were not working. Save your money and stay in the main beaches in Cancun. We stayed 6/22/22 thru 6/28/22 not the best experience considering it was our honeymoon.

The overall property is fine. But there is virtually no view of the ocean from the pools. The butler service missed my surprise for my wife. They said payment did not go through yet when I questioned what payment as i ordered the flowers 4 days before we arrived and the concierge said they would just put it on our room bill, they could not answer. Our butler was scarce.

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Honestly the worst experience I have had in Cancun and I had visited Cancun four times already. We were used to a warm welcome as in other hotels in Cancun we had visited but this was not the case. No one cares , they just told us to scan a QR to get the map of the hotel so we were literally walking around to find a place open to eat at that moment. I had to go out to have a little some fun the hotel is bored the beach is ugly and the staff if you are Latin doesn't really give the service you pay for, that is how they make me feel. At the buffet restaurant the attention was awful it was a struggle to get the server attention for some drinks and after even telling them what do you need he didn't take the time to serve us. Eat at the Mexican restaurant the first day and the catch of the day ( not sure what day maybe last Saturday) because it was not fresh fish at all. The room service 1 star , I asked for extra towels and they made me look everywhere on the room where before acknowledging that they forgot and nomeone really knew. Came back from being out the whole day and no soap or anything related in the bathroom since they suppose to be refilling does items. Just dessapointed of expending our vacations in this hotel . If you are a Latin American guest don't go to this hotel they will treat you like nothing. IRONIC since they come from the same place we are.

The resort was absolutely stunning! All open concept high ceilings luxury at its finest. The room was incredible and had a beautiful ocean view. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming I can’t be happier my experience was one of a kind. All that said one con about this location was the excess amount of seaweed that built up on the shore it’s not the fault of the resort as they have a tractor that cleans the beach daily. All and all still an amazing experience the restaurants were great and I can’t wait to go back.

Everything overall was good, however, my hubby & I would have like to have felt as we were in Mexican. There was a lack of authentic Mexican food, (Latin) music & real quality tropical drinks. Lastly, for the price we paid to stay at this resort, the hotel should offer complimentary shuttle buses to travel to specific locations, especially because there’s no other way to exist the premises of the hotel if not by car. It can get pretty expensive very quickly when paying taxIs fees between 35.00 to $80.00 to and from every destination.

I will start with the two amazing people. Sara,our butler, and Emilio, our room attendant. They helped my review reach 3 stars. Without them,likely a 1-2 star review. The resort is indeed beautiful. I will also give them a good review for cleanliness. This is where it stops. The entertainment is lacking big time. They have beautiful pools with absolutely nothing going on. I had this same conversation with several guests that I met. One lady commented "it's a good resort if you're 80". The service is sketchy. Several times I called the front desk with no answer. There was a wait for dinner every night. There are 4 restaurants. 2 require reservations. So imagine what prime dinner hours are like. I have never been to an all inclusive resort with waiters that are rude and avoid you in order to not have to serve you. We went to lunch and never got a drink, I'm talking water. There was no server available for our table in when I was looking around for one the waiters would avoid eye contact. I visited the snack bar exclusive to Serenity guests just before closing. I went at 545 and they close at 6. All I wanted was a hot dog to take to my room. I was told no. Even after I pointed out that it wasn't 6. I was finally given and uncooked hot dog. Definitely not the experience I planned. I even tried to discuss these issues at check out. I wasrushed and blown off. I am not the pickyobnoxious traveler. I understand things h But, being treated rudely is just

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here during my boyfriend’s birthday. Staff were great all around, especially Ivan! The food was okay, I wish I would’ve known about the membership access to certain parts of the resort beforehand, but nonetheless that didn’t take away from our experience. The room was beautiful and spotless. I wish the beach was more clean, it prevented me from getting into the beach water due to all of the seaweed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
