Yes, the room was clean and the staff was very courteous.
The hotel staff were excellent. They let us store our luggage while we flew to Mexico City for a couple of days, even though we weren’t checking in yet. There’s a small beach area, and if you’re looking for a quiet spot, it’s actually not a bad option. There aren’t any restaurants nearby, and the hotel’s buffet is just okay.
Todo su personal son muy amables, y brindan un exelente servicio, es un lugar muy agradable me hacen sentir como en casa.
Gracias por todo.
All of their staff are very friendly, and provide excellent service, It’s a very pleasant place; they make me feel at home.
Thank you for everything.
Staff was great through the entire stay. Helped us to check in early and were always available during meal times. Great location and proximity to the public beach. Good bar, a little limited food selection, but always fresh.
Some of the staff are friendly, and the ocean view from the room is truly beautiful. However, the beach is dirty, the quality of the food is very poor, and the building is old. The stairways are narrow and feel unsafe, and there is no elevator. If you are looking for a relaxing stay at an all-inclusive resort, I honestly would not recommend this place.
Hidden gem!! I could not find many reviews about the property, and I think it is to keep this a hidden gem!!
Clean, quiet, amazing staff right on the beach!! Very basic, so if you need modern, you wont find that here. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.
Well honestly at first didnt like but then i got use to it and it became a really good time because I met new people that were really nice and helpful and also it was really fun but beside the beach front everything was really nice the view in the morning was beautiful and the movies they played was spot on but yea I would actually go back to this holet like I’m literally waiting for rates
Staff was friendly hotel is not a resort more like a hostel, it’s a good place if you don’t plan on staying on the property, more like just a place to sleep and wash up and explore the city, not much of a variety of food the chilaquiles are good and they’ll be served every morning, don’t forget to ride the Tren Maya if you want to explore the country side very easy.
Great central area and close to everything you need.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Limited beer selection, the food was always cold, good staf, clean areas but very outdated, doors slamed all day and night because otherwise they won't close. The noise start around 5:30 in the morning till around 11pm
Top floor was quiet, easy to walk to the pool &nearby beach. Staff was very helpful after initial language barrier. Easy to take a cab or ride to plazas and beaches. Older building but clean and accessible. Not sure if there is an elevator. Store that sells water and convenience store nearby. AC and hot water worked fine. Not loud with dogs or traffic. Not all-inclusive but good if you can take care of your own needs.
It was family friendly. Food options had a lot of vegetables home style Mexican food. Hours of food service excellent. Speedy service. Great dinning view. House keeping was great fresh towels fresh sheets. Clean pool. Friendly staff. Near public transportation.
The staff was very nice and it was clean. Only one pool and one Jacuzzi, a two station buffet. The food was not good. If you like your food and you want a lot of options do not stay here otherwise it’s not a bad place.
Older hotel right on the bay by the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Basic rooms but large and clean. The restaurant is not fancy but the food is excellent and the drinks are affordable. Fun Mexican music plays in the bar in the evening and the crowd is fun. It all quiets down by midnight. Nice pool, great staff, I had a very pleasant relaxing 2-day stay.
Clean and friendly staff, location good. Away from the nightclub noise, but don’t forget earplugs to block the occasional singing aficionados. Overall you get what you pay for.
You get what you paid for. If you just need a please to sleep and want ocean view this place works. The staff was very polite and attentive at the restaurant for breakfast, but the personal at the front desk were terrible.
