Very professional staff, very friendly, always available to help and very kind. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful in any way possible and made sure our stay was comfortable and friendly enjoyable. Whenever there was an issue they made it a priority to tend to it right away and Proactively apologized for any and all inconveniences. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The food was amazing all around and it was always available in abundant quantities. This is a great resort for family stays as there are many amenities to keep children of all ages entertained and happy throughout the entire stay . Thank you to the entire Sensira Resort and Spa staff for an amazing stay and for there unmatched hospitality.

Our stay at Sensira Resort was a mix of highs and lows, but overall, it was a memorable experience. We opted for the Ruby room upgrade, & it undoubtedly became the highlight of our stay. From the moment we arrived, Rodrigo, our designated butler, provided exemplary service, making us feel like VIPs. Initially, our room was situated near the family pool, which proved to be a bit too noisy. However, upon a simple text to Rodrigo, we were relocated to a quieter spot. Waking up to mimosas and coffee on our balcony & watching the sunrise became a cherished morning ritual. Rodrigo's attentiveness extended beyond mere room arrangements; he promptly addressed any requests or concerns, including ensuring the peace of the "adults only" area when children encroached. His dedication to providing personalized service truly enhanced our stay. While the service throughout the resort was impeccable, the dining experience fell short of expectations. Despite the attentive service, the food quality, even during the 7-course meal, was disappointingly sub-par. Additionally, the beach's seaweed presence, particularly noticeable in early April, detracted from the otherwise picturesque coastal scenery. Sensira Resort offers a luxurious escape with attentive staff and nice accommodations. However, improvements in dining quality and beach maintenance would elevate the overall experience. Despite its flaws, our stay was memorable, largely thanks to Rodrigo's exceptional service.

Our experience in sensari was pretty great., the facility itself is pretty new, the room and the view was really pretty., though I had a trouble with my booking coz I booked here in Expedia an Agatha room with ocean view but upon arrival they said that they only have 1 Agatha room that actually has an ocean view and already occupied. I was upset in the beginning but Khaled the receptionist made it possible for us to have an ocean view without paying any extra. What an awesome person, since I told him that it’s my post bday and wedding anniversary vacation. The hotel room and view was perfect. The only thing I wish they could improve is the accessibility (like putting more elevators) and most importantly the food., the buffet wasn’t as diverse as other hotels. The room service food was 4 out of 10. Other than that the place is awesome, close enough to Cancun airport and has a beautiful beachfront. Will I come back here again? Yes definitely, I like how peaceful and relaxing the place was.

Amazing resort, fell in love with the people and service provided daily ...didnt want to go home. From the start Rodrigo was amazing, very helpful, respectful, professional he went above and beyond. Rodrigo referred to us as family as he kept in contact daily and throughout the day offering services and checking to see if i was good or needed anything till the very end, really felt like a loving family in this resort staff is so happy and i loved that. I had a surprise birthday for my boyfriend and he set the room up to die for i appreciate him and the staff. Sal from the diner was sooo amazing great soul great person energy was felt and loved he made me days there better with his hospitality and smile, Sals great with children putting on magic shows ,for us as well he has this beer trick you would have to come visit to see. Ivan at the steakhouse was amazing as well gave great service recommend great food and drinks very professional and provided great service. Felipe from the Mexican restaurant went above and beyond as well. When we came for dinner we provided our room number as usual but this dinner had hidden surprises i didn't no about and i appreciate the entire staff for putting it together, during dinner Felipe recommend foods that was so delicious and drinks as well. The highlight of that dinner was that they sang an provided cake and ice on fire was so pretty, the boyfriend and i was surprised because this time i didn't mention that it was his birthday.
