Loved the staff. So nice and helpful. Food was amazing! Only complaint would be not enough electrical outlets in the rooms and you can’t make reservations at the restaurants every night.

Éramos 8 de familia y la Srita Marbella insistía en separarnos en la cena - comida, aún cuando había mesas disponibles. Solo nos pasó con ella y desafortunadamente nos dimos cuenta que solo era con nosotros ya que a los extranjeros los trataba diferente y mejor . Todo fue Perfecto menos el trato de ella.

What a beautiful resort with AMAZING staff. The entertainment team kept us entertained at both the beach and the pool throughout the day and we got to know them as friends. The pool and beach were perfect, not too far to walk to either. The food was delicious. The wild life on the resort property kept our kids entertained and they learned a lot about new animals. Star Camp was wonderful, we would drop out kids off for a few hours, or leave them for the day. They did many fun activities with the kids so our kids always wanted to go. Even though we didnt have access to the waterslides, the Star Camp would take the kids there on outings each day, so our kids still got to enjoy the water slides. Our room was average, but the location of our building was perfect and in a quiet area. The shopping center with the coffee shop was a treat, always nice to get a coffee at any point of the day and let the kids play on the playground there. The gym was fantastic as well. I would totally recommend this resort and will come back. The staff were very kind and helpful and worked very hard. There was a good crowd of people staying at the resort as well.

The property is beautifully kept, staff and service were great, and lots of options for food. Would have been good to have more options for evening entertainment but overall an excellent stay!

The pool is fantastic! The grounds are tropical and gorgeous. The restaurants are very good. But the staff are definitely the best, very accommodating and wanting to please. This property definitely lives up to the 5 star rating!
