"Excellence Riviera Cancun was absolutely wonderful. The spa was the most indulgent and relaxing spa experience I've ever had. The food was impeccable, and they were so careful with my food allergies (Gluten & Dairy). The room was spotless, a suite, and on top of housekeeping they offered turndown service. It's very safe, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the entertainment is top notch (Silent Disco, Karaoke, live Singers and Bands, Burlesque Show who's dancers were classically trained, the water acro show, New Year's Party). Access to the beach was lovely, the pools were very clean, and poolside drinks were great. I cannot wait to patron again (hopefully very soon)! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Marina El Cid. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, even though they are on the older side. What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff — from housekeeping to the wait staff to the front desk, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. The food was excellent with a great variety of restaurants and buffets to choose from, and even the room service exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend Hotel Marina El Cid to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and quality food."

The glass houses are beautifully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and blend seamlessly into nature. Waking up surrounded by jungle and light felt surreal. The “pool” experience being cenotes was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, you truly become one with nature. The privacy here is unmatched; despite other guests being on the property, we rarely saw or heard anyone. It felt incredibly peaceful and personal. The chef prepared some of the best food we had on our entire trip, and the coffee made fresh in the morning was honestly the best cup I’ve ever had. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and more. The additional services are absolutely worth it, the massage and ceremonial bath were deeply relaxing and meaningful. Every detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and designed for true restoration. The hot tubs are not heated but not needed in such a warm climate. If you are looking for a private, immersive, luxury-meets-nature experience, this place is unforgettable. We would return in a heartbeat."
