"Excellence Riviera Cancun was absolutely wonderful. The spa was the most indulgent and relaxing spa experience I've ever had. The food was impeccable, and they were so careful with my food allergies (Gluten & Dairy). The room was spotless, a suite, and on top of housekeeping they offered turndown service. It's very safe, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the entertainment is top notch (Silent Disco, Karaoke, live Singers and Bands, Burlesque Show who's dancers were classically trained, the water acro show, New Year's Party). Access to the beach was lovely, the pools were very clean, and poolside drinks were great. I cannot wait to patron again (hopefully very soon)! "

"More like a hostel than a hotel, but great. Shared bathroom with other rooms, so that was a little inconvenient, but worked out fine. Just depends on what you expect. Staff was great!"
