"We love our stay there . Our room is nice spacious . Great food and excellent different activities and entertainment. My only thing is with the rooms . The bathroom does not have a privacy . There are glass doors on the toilet and bath. They’re separate . So when you finish using the toilet you have to get out to an open room and go to the shower room. If you want to put on your clothes after shower you have to get out to the open room again. So if you are sharing a room with someone there is no privacy . Not sure if all the rooms are like that."

"Desire Pearl is an outstanding resort. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Most of the employees we spoke with have been there greater than eight years. The food is delicious! The bartenders, Jairo & Luis, at the swim up bar remember your drink! Unfortunately the beach is compromised, but their pools and hot tubs make up for it."

"This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend."
