The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Durante o trajeto serviram bebidas e salgadinhos.

The resort was so well kept. The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The kids especially loved the kids club and the cafe that served different flavours of ice cream everyday. The beach was small but perfect for small kids. Pools were a bit cold but clean and well-maintained. Food was good for us and we were really impressed with the New Years Eve buffet. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job, we always had everything we needed. A/C worked great as well. Great trip overall and will be back!

Everything was amazing! Juanita, who was the housekeeping staff was perfect, she was friendly, sweet and worked so hard! We were so thankful for her. We do not have enough kind words to say. The entire staff at the resort was absolutely amazing! Edgar and Quenan of the Funtastic team became such good friends! Teaching us Spanish, making brackets, trying to make us do Zumba and Volleyball! It was so much fun. Alfredo and Joy of the food and drink staff were incredible also. We will forever have our memories of these wonderful people and are so glad we spent our vacation with them! We will be coming back!

Edgar made the stay so much fun. He gets a huge kudos from all of us (2 parents 2 adult kids and their partners). Our family participated in a lot of activities on the days we weren’t exploring and he made us laugh. The room was great, well stocked, our view was fantastic. Food was pretty good! We just wished there was somewhere to go sit and night like a disco or tables that we could have drinks and played cards. Private beach was lovely. Check in and out was a breeze.

We went there with kids, staff was really good, hotel was clean, food options were not many but enough. Longs lines to get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Big disappointment was, this property has very very small access to beach. Consider there is no beach at all and you can enjoy pool instead. The very tine beach part they have at back was fully covered by cruse parked there for all 4 days of our vacation.

For the past twenty years I have use the grand park Royal for my scuba vacations. And always as part of that, I would smoke a cigar and watch the sunset nightly. Sitting on a lounge chair with nobody within 30 feet I lit the cigar. The “pool guard” ran by three women smoking cigarettes and a group vaping to get to me to demand I put it out. I left the area. Feeling I had been selected while others were ignored. Disappointed at the way he spoke and how it was handled
